DETAILS
  • Serves: 1
INGREDIENTS
  • 1 pear
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 sprig fresh rosemary
  • 2 small slices of sourdough bread
  • 2 tsp butter
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 25 g feta cheese
METHOD
  1. Place the pear slices on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Drizzle with the honey and bake for about 10 minutes.

  2. Meanwhile, pick and finely chop the rosemary leaves.

  3. Spread the sourdough slices with the butter. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and toast the sourdough on both sides.

  4. Remove from the pan and sprinkle with sea salt. Crumble the feta over the toasted sourdough and top with the roasted pear slices. Transfer to a plate, sprinkle with the chopped rosemary and enjoy.
